There may be times when, after you have scheduled a service request, you need to convert the scheduled service back in to a request. 

  • Perhaps a service request was scheduled in error but still needs to be processed, or 

  • Maybe a pet sitter who previously confirmed they could complete the request is now unavailable so the scheduled services need to return to "request" status where a new sitter can be contacted and confirmed. 

 

How do I Convert a Scheduled Service back into a Service Request?

 

            ON DESKTOP:

Navigate to Clients > Orders & Invoices > click on the service order

STEP 1​​​

  • Navigate to the order where the services are scheduled that you need to convert back to service requests. 

  • Select the services in question by putting a check in the box next to the service. 

    • Use the "All" checkbox to select all services. ​

  • Click "Request".​

STEP 2

  • The selected services are no longer scheduled in the service order.

  • They have been converted back to service requests. 

  • The services are on the "Service Requests" tab in the service order, where they can be processed and scheduled at a later time.

  • The services are also on the main Service Requests page on the Scheduler. See Processing Service Requests.

STEP 3

  • On the client's Orders & Invoices page, you'll see the service requests assigned to the service order. 

ON MOBILE:

STEP 1

  • Tap the Navigator and select Clients > Search

STEP 2

  • Navigate to your client's account from the Clients search page.

  • In the left-side navigation pane, tap "Orders & Invoices".

STEP 3
  • Navigate to the order where the services are scheduled that you need to convert back into service requests. 

  • Select the services in question by putting a check in the box next to the service. 

    • Use the "All" checkbox to select all services. ​

  • Click "Request".​

STEP 4
  • Your scheduled services will be converted to service requests. 

  • Tap the Navigator (menu icon) then tap "Service Requests" to view and process the requests.

STEP 5
  • The requests will show on the Orders & Invoices page as "Requests" that are associated with the order. 

  • Tap on the order label to open the order and process the requests. See Service Requests.
