Pet Sitter Plus keeps a record of the dates and timestamp that a client has sent in an online booking for services via the client portal, and what the services were. It also records any cancellations of services or job requests by the client. For example, your client books a home visit, but subsequently cancels the visit. The log can prove useful to prove that the service was cancelled by the client as you have a date and time of that event.
Pet Sitter Plus will also log scheduling activity by Administrators. For instance, there will be a record of when an Administrator scheduled, cancelled, or voided services for a client. And the Administrator's email will be displayed so you know which Administrator took the action.
How do I View a Client's Events?
Navigate to Clients > Client Admin > Logs
On the client's Logs tab, you will automatically be on the Events page.
You can click "Events" to refresh the Log.
Tap the Navigator and select Clients > Search
Navigate to your client's account from the Clients search page.
In the left-side navigation pane, tap "Client Admin", then tap "Logs".
Once you tap "Logs" in the nav pane, you'll see the client's "Events".
Events include scheduling activity, such as clients requesting or cancelling services in the client portal. Events also include Administrator activity, such as Admins updating services in service orders.
