Pet Sitter Plus keeps a record of all emails sent to clients, noting the Email Subject, and the date and timestamp of when the email was sent out. The Administrator who sent the email is also noted.
How do I View a Client's Messages?
Navigate to Clients > Client Admin > Logs
Click "Messages" to view the emails that have been sent to the client.
Tap the Navigator and select Clients > Search
Navigate to your client's account from the Clients search page.
In the left-side navigation pane, tap "Client Admin", then tap "Logs".
Tap "Messages" to see a list of all emails that have been sent to the client through PSP.
