How do I view only Scheduled & Completed services in the Client's Schedule?

ON DESKTOP:

Navigate to Clients > Schedule

STEP 1

  • The default view of the Schedule is for all services that are currently scheduled and/or completed for Today

  • To view the previous day(s) click the "<" button

  • To view the next day(s) click the ">" button

What do the columns mean on the Client's Schedule?

 

 

 

       ON MOBILE:

STEP 1

  • Tap the Navigator and select Clients > Search

STEP 2

  • Navigate to your client's account from the Clients search page.

  • In the left-side navigation pane, tap "Schedule". 

STEP 3

  • The default view of the Schedule is for all services that are currently scheduled and/or completed for Today.

  • To view the previous day(s) click the "<" button.

  • To view the next day(s) click the ">" button.
