The client's schedule will display your services by time and by staff, in a list format. You can choose any date range you would like to view your schedule. Viewing your services by "Today" will help you verify that all of your services for the day have been scheduled properly and are getting completed. You may also want to see your revenue for the day, or review the service reports for the day.

          ON DESKTOP:

Navigate to Clients > Schedule

How do I view the Client's Schedule for Today?

  • The Schedule defaults to "Services for Today".

    • If you had previously been looking at a different date range, then click "Today" to view the client's schedule for today.

  • To view the previous day(s), click the "<" button.

  • To view the following day(s), click the ">" button.

How do I view the Client's Schedule by This Week?

  • Click "This Week" and the schedule will automatically display the week's scheduled and completed services.

  • To view the previous week(s), click the "<" button.

  • To view the following week(s), click the ">" button.

How do I view the Client's Schedule by This Month?

  • Click "This Month" and the schedule will automatically display the month's scheduled and completed services.

  • To view the previous month(s), click the "<" button.

  • To view the following month(s), click the ">" button.

How do I view the Client's Schedule by any Date Range?

  • Click the first date box and enter the start date for the date range you would like to view.

  • Click the second date box and enter the end date for the date range you would like to view.

  • Click "Reload".

  • To view the previous date range(s), click the "<" button.

  • To view the following date ranges(s), click the ">" button.

  • Navigate to your client's account from the Clients search page.

  • In the left-side navigation pane, tap "Schedule".

How do I view the Client's Schedule for Today?

  • The default view of the schedule includes "Services for Today" so there is no need to select any other options if you would like to see your schedule for "Today".

STEP 4

How do I view the Client's Schedule by Week?

  • Tap the drop-down arrow to the right of "Services for Today".

  • Tap on "This Week".

  • The schedule will then display all services for this week.

STEP 5

How do I view the Client's Schedule by Month?

  • Tap the drop-down arrow to the right of "Services for Today".

  • Tap on "This Month".

  • The schedule will then display all services for this month.

STEP 6

How do I view the Client's Schedule by Date Range?

  • Tap the drop-down arrow to the right of "Services for Today".

  • Enter the "From date" and the "To date" for which you would like to view your schedule.

  • Tap "Reload".

  • The schedule will then display all services for the custom date range entered.
