How do I view only Cancelled Services in the Client's Schedule?

ON DESKTOP:

Navigate to Clients > Schedule

STEP 1

  • Click the drop-down that defaults to "Scheduled & Completed Services".

  • Select the option for "Cancelled Services Only".

  • Select the date range, eg. "This Month" if needed.

​STEP 2

 

  • Only the client's cancelled services will now be displayed on the Schedule.

  • To un-cancel any service, select the service(s) by putting a check in the checkbox next to the service, and click the "Cancel" button. 

 

What do the columns mean on the Client's Schedule?

 

 

 

       ON MOBILE:

 
STEP 1

  • Tap the Navigator and select Clients > Search

STEP 2

  • Navigate to your client's account from the Clients search page.

  • In the left-side navigation pane, tap "Schedule". 

STEP 3

  • Tap the drop-down menu for "Scheduled & Completed Services"

  • Select "Cancelled Services Only"

  • Tap "Done"

STEP 4

  • The Schedule now displays the Cancelled Services Only for the given date range on the client's Schedule

  • Click the "+" or "-" sign to see more or less detail on the Schedule

  • Use the other drop-down menus to sort the Schedule further, as needed
