<      Service Requests < Adding to a Service Request

 

 

Prior to scheduling a Service Request or emailing the request to a client and/or sitter, you can add a service that may be relevant, eg. a pet taxi or mileage.

 

How do I Add to a Job Request? 

           ON DESKTOP:

Navigate to Clients > Service Requests

STEP 1​​​

  • Click "Add Service Requests..."

STEP 2
  • Add the new service(s) to the request.

  • In this example, we are adding a Friday Overnight service to the already-requested dog walks. 

  • Click "Add Service Requests" when complete.

STEP 3
  • The added service request(s) are now displayed in the list with the other requested services. 

  • You can now email the client and/or sitter with the updated Service Request, or schedule the services.

ON MOBILE:

STEP 1

  • Tap the Navigator and select Clients > Search

STEP 2

  • Navigate to your client's account from the Clients search page.

  • In the left-side navigation pane, tap "Service Requests".

STEP 3

  • Tap the "Actions" button.

  • Then tap "Add Requests...".

STEP 4

  • Add the details of the new service(s) to the request.

  • In this example, we are adding a Friday Overnight service to the already-requested dog walks. 

  • Click "Add Service Requests" when complete.

STEP 5

  • The added service request(s) are now displayed in the list with the other requested services. 

  • You can now process the request or email the client and/or sitter.
