How do I view services in the Client's Schedule that are for service items within a particular service item group?

 ON DESKTOP:

Navigate to Clients > Schedule

STEP 1

  • Click the drop down "All Item Groups" and select the service item group,
    for example "1. Walking".

  • Set the date range, eg. "This Week" or "This Month" if needed.

  • This will display all services in the selected Service Item Group for the given time period. 

  • See Service Item Groups for more information about how Service Item Groups are used. 

  • To view the previous month(s) for that service item group, click the "<" button

  • To view the next month(s) for that service item group, click the ">" button

       ON MOBILE:

 
STEP 1

  • Tap the Navigator and select Clients > Search

STEP 2

  • Navigate to your client's account from the Clients search page.

  • In the left-side navigation pane, tap "Schedule". 

STEP 3

  • Tap the drop-down menu for "All Item Groups"

  • Select the Service Item Group that you would like to see on the client's Schedule, i.e. "Walking" or "Cat Sitting"

STEP 4

  • The Schedule now displays the selected service item group on the client's Schedule

  • Click the "+" or "-" sign to see more or less detail on the Schedule

  • Use the other drop-down menus to sort the Schedule further, as needed
