Navigate to Clients > Schedule
Pet Sitter Plus has a powerful online service scheduling feature that enables you to view all scheduled services on an individual client basis and make several changes all in one place, where you can:
View historical scheduled services that have already taken place, or services scheduled in the future that you can still edit or cancel.
Adjust the date ranges that you want to view services from and to.
Filter the schedule by the job status of services you wish to view, for example, services that were cancelled or voided.
Filter the schedule by the item group your services belong to, for example, all "walking" or "visits" services.
Make bulk adjustments to services from the schedule.
Add new services into the schedule, either to an existing order or to a new order.
The Client Schedule allows you to focus on all the orders for an individual client in one place, and make adjustments to the client's services.
What does the information mean in the Client Schedule?
Shows the abbreviation for the day and date on which the service was or is scheduled
Shows the time the service is or was scheduled for, if you have selected "Yes" to the "Show Time" field when you scheduled the service. If you have selected "No" to the "Show Time" field, then the time block or period (morning, midday, etc) for which the job is scheduled will be displayed.
The long description of the service item scheduled
Shows the schedule ref of the staff member to whom the service has been assigned. This could be the full name of the staff member or a first name or nickname.
Shows the Client Name, Client Ref, or both of the client for whom the service has been assigned. This could be the full name of the client, the pet name, or other identifying name.
Will be highlighted in green if the service has been acknowledged
Will be highlighted in green if the service has been completed
Will be highlighted in green if a service report has been sent to the client
The key status is shown as follows:
a black key is shown if the schedule entry is in the past
a red key is shown if you have a key registered for the client, but it has not been assigned to the staff member who is scheduled to carry out the service - indicating that they do not have the key required to do the service
a green key is shown if you have a key registered for the client and it has been assigned to the staff member who is scheduled to carryout the service - indicating that they DO have the key required to do the service
Shows the quantity of this service item scheduled to be charged to the client. This will often be 1 (for example, a dog walk) and you will not see a Quantity on the Schedule, But if, for example, you charge your clients mileage then it would be the number of miles traveled (say, 5 miles) to carry out the service, and you would see (x5) on the Schedule.
If you entered text in the "Staff Notes" field when you scheduled a service, then this will be shown in the Staff Notes column.
Shows your charge to the client per unit (incl Tax).
Shows the total charge to the client for this service; i.e. the unit charge multiplied by Qty (the quantity, or number of units).
Shows the total compensation to be paid to the staff member to whom the job has been assigned.
If you entered text in the "Invoice Notes" field when you scheduled a service, then this will be shown in the Invoice Notes column.
Inv # or Quote*
If an invoice has been raised for a service listed on the schedule, then the invoice number will be displayed in this column. If the service has yet to be invoiced, then "Quote" will appear in this column to indicate that the service is still at the quotation stage. Click the Inv # or Quote to go to the Invoice or Quote.
By clicking "Order" you can go directly to the service order for this service on the Schedule.
* Note that these items are only displayed if more detail is shown on the Schedule. Click the "+" and "-" signs next to "Detail" on the Schedule to view more or less detail. See Default Service Detail for more information.
