How do I View a Client's Stored Cards?

ON DESKTOP:

Navigate to Clients > Client Admin > Stripe

STEP 1​​​

  • Click "Payment Methods" to display details of the debit and/or credit card(s) your client has registered in your client portal, as shown in the screenshot below. If details of more than one card are displayed, the card marked (default) will be the card which is charged if you process a payment from Pet Sitter Plus.

  • You can also see any cards here that are near their expiration date, or you could also run the Stripe Report to view expiring cards for all clients.

ON MOBILE:

STEP 1

  • Tap the Navigator and select Clients > Search

STEP 2

  • Navigate to your client's account from the Clients search page.

  • In the left-side navigation pane, tap "Client Admin", then tap "Stripe".

STEP 3

  • Tap "Payment Methods".

  • All credit/debit cards that this client has on file will be displayed.

  • If there is more than one card, then the card with "(default)" will be the card that is processed for payments.
