<       Sitters Management < Adding a New Sitter to the Client Record

 

You may add secondary or back-up sitters (in addition to the primary sitter) to any client's account.

 

How do I Add a New Sitter to my Client?

 ON DESKTOP:

Navigate to Clients > Client Admin > Sitters 

STEP 1​​​​

 

  • Click on the drop down menu which defaults to showing "[not set]"

  • Scroll down to the sitter's name that you wish to add to the team of preferred sitters on the client record.

  • Select the sitter.

 

STEP 2

  • Click "Add New Sitter"

  • A notification pop-up appears to confirm the new sitter has been added.

  • You can also see the sitter's staff access rights here. For example, "Janet Price" can view and update the client record, but does not have admin access privileges.

ON MOBILE:

STEP 1

  • Tap the Navigator and select Clients > Search

STEP 2

  • Navigate to your client's account from the Clients search page.

  • In the left-side navigation pane, tap "Client Admin", then tap "Sitters".

STEP 3

  • Tap on the Sitters drop-down menu which defaults to showing "[not set]".

  • Scroll down to the sitter's name that you wish to add to the team of preferred sitters on the client record.

  • Tap "Done" to select the sitter.

STEP 4

  • Tap "Add New Sitter" below the drop-down menu to add the sitter to the Sitters tab.

  • A pop-up message will appear confirming the sitter has been added.
