When you create a debit note on a client's account, you may wish to send a copy of it to your client so they can see why their balance due has increased.


There are three methods to achieve this: 


How does the Client View the Debit Note in the Client Portal?

  • If the client logs in to their client portal, they will see any amounts outstanding that are due on their account by viewing the Account Summary page:

  • If you re-send your client their account summary, the debit is noted as well as the adjusted invoice balance below any payments that are due:
