How do I Delete a Refund?

            ON DESKTOP:

Navigate to Clients > Receipts & Refunds > Refunds

STEP 1​​​

  • Click on "Refunds" in the nav pane to see a list of refunds posted to the client's account.

  • Click on the refund you want to delete.

STEP 2

  • Click "Delete". A message will appear asking "Are you sure?" Click "Delete" again, then you will be returned to the list of refunds.

  • The client's balance and the amount of unallocated receipts will be adjusted by the amount of the refund which has been deleted.

  • Only manually created refunds are available to delete. Refunds direct via Stripe or Paypal will show a Stripe/PayPal ID, and there will be NO "Delete" option.

ON MOBILE:

STEP 1

  • Tap the Navigator and select Clients > Search

STEP 2

  • Navigate to your client's account from the Clients search page.

  • In the left-side navigation pane, tap "Receipts & Refunds" then tap "Refunds". 

STEP 3

  • From the list of refunds on the client's account, find the refund you need to delete.

  • Tap on the refund to go to the Edit Refund screen.

STEP 4

  • Tap "Delete" to delete the refund completely.
