How do I View All Receipts on a Client's Account?
 

            ON DESKTOP:

Navigate to Clients > Receipts & Refunds > Receipts

STEP 1​​​

  • This screen usually displays by default when you click on the Receipts & Refunds tab in a client record. If not, click on "Receipts" from the sub menu on the left.

  • A complete list of all receipts on the client's account will be displayed.

  • Click on the page number to view more receipts. The current page is shaded blue.

  • Click on the receipt panel to view the payment details. From there you can edit the payment amount or edit the allocations.

ON MOBILE:

STEP 1

  • Tap the Navigator and select Clients > Search

STEP 2

  • Navigate to your client's account from the Clients search page.

  • In the left-side navigation pane, tap "Receipts & Refunds" then tap "Receipts".

  • A complete list of all receipts on the client's account will be displayed.

  • Tap on the page number to view more receipts. The current page is shaded blue above the list of receipts.

  • Tap on the receipt panel to view the payment details. From there you can edit the payment amount, delete the receipt, or edit the allocations.
