The Maintenance Section

In the Pet's Settings, you can delete the pet record. You may need to delete a pet entirely. Perhaps you made a mistake entering the pet, or you no longer want the pet associated with the client's account. If the pet passed away or was re-homed, see Changing a Pet's Status to Passed Away or Re-homed.

 

How do I Delete a Pet Record?

ON DESKTOP:

Navigate to Clients > Client Data > click pet name > Settings

STEP 1​​​

 

  • Click the red "Delete" button.

  • You will be asked "Are you sure?" and then you can either "Cancel" or confirm by clicking the "Delete" button again.

ON MOBILE:

STEP 1

  • Tap the Navigator and select Clients > Search

STEP 2

  • Navigate to your client's account from the Clients search page.

  • In the left-side navigation pane, tap "Client Data", tap on the pet's name, then tap "Settings".

STEP 3

  • Tap "Delete" to delete the pet record.

  • You'll be asked "Are you sure?" 

  • Tap "Delete" again to delete the pet record, or tap "Cancel" if you do not want to delete the pet.
