The Pet Notes Section
Once a pet record is created, you or your client (via the Client Portal) can add, view or amend information about their pet's care at any time. There are two notes sections that can be made visible in the staff interface so your sitters are fully aware of any issues prior to entering the client's home. The other notes section is visible to the sitter and the client, so your staff can be made aware not to include any notes that you wouldn't want your client to see.
How do I complete the Notes section?
Navigate to Clients > Client Data > click pet name > Pet Notes
Simply enter your text in each field as follows, and click "Update" (see screenshot below).
NOTE: CUSTOM FIELDS may change the appearance of this page in PSP. See your Admin for more info.
Internal Pet Notes
Can be viewed by STAFF ONLY
These notes are designed to be visible to admins and sitters to share information that is internal only.
Client Pet Notes
Can be viewed CLIENTS AND STAFF
These notes are designed to be visible to both your sitters and the client, so could contain situations or instructions to the sitter that the client wants them to be made aware of.
NOTE: Custom Fields enables our pet sitting companies to create and develop their own environment within the PETS pages within Pet Sitter Plus. This means that where your admin has introduced custom fields that are unique to your business, certain fields on our help screens may not look exactly the same as yours. We therefore can only provide explanations and descriptions of our standard system fields, and recommend you see your admin for more information.

Tap the Navigator and select Clients > Search
Navigate to your client's account from the Clients search page.
In the left-side navigation pane, tap "Client Data", tap on the pet's name, then tap "Pet Notes".
Enter "Internal Private Sitter Notes" that you would only like your sitter(s) to see.
Enter "Client Notes" that your sitter(s) and client(s) can see.
Note that with Custom Fields, you may also add an "Admin Only" notes box that only you can see.
Tap "Update" to save your notes.
