The Cat Visits Section
Once a pet record is created, you or your client (via the Client Portal) can add, view or amend information about their pet's care at any time. Here you can ask particular questions about cat visits so you sitter is fully informed about the cat's care.
How do I complete the Cat Visits section?
Navigate to Clients > Client Data > click cat's name > Cat Visits
Simply enter your text in each field as follows, and click "Update" (see screenshot below).
NOTE: CUSTOM FIELDS may change the appearance of this page in PSP. See your Admin for more info.
Location of pet carrier?
If known, enter the location of the pet carrier.
Location of litter tray(s)?
If known, enter the location of the litter tray and replacement supplies.
NOTE: Custom Fields enables our pet sitting companies to create and develop their own environment within the PETS pages within Pet Sitter Plus. This means that where your admin has introduced custom fields that are unique to your business, certain fields on our help screens may not look exactly the same as yours. We therefore can only provide explanations and descriptions of our standard system fields, and recommend you see your admin for more information.

Tap the Navigator and select Clients > Search
Navigate to your client's account from the Clients search page.
In the left-side navigation pane, tap "Client Data", tap on the cat's name, then tap "Cat Visits".
Note that the "Cat Visits" page is only available for the pet type: Cat.
Enter the information you have about the cat visits, and the locations of the pet carrier and litter tray(s).
Tap "Update" when done.
