The Boarding Service Section

 

Before your client can make changes to this section, you need to make this option available in their client portal.

 

How do I add the Boarding Service section?

ON DESKTOP:

Navigate to Clients > Client Data > click dog's name > Boarding Service

STEP 1​​​

 

  • Toggle On the button for "Will you require a boarding service?"

  • A number of questions will then become visible on both your admin screen and in the client portal.

  • Answer "Yes" or "No" to the boarding questions.

  • Click "Update" when done.

NOTE: CUSTOM FIELDS may change the appearance of this page in PSP. See your Admin for more info.

How do I update the Boarding Questions section?

 

  • You or your client can make changes to this section by clicking either "Yes" or "No" appropriately and entering more information in the panels as detailed below.

  • When finished, click "Update". 

 

Is your dog ok to board with cats?

Click either "Yes" or "No"

Is your dog ok to board with other dogs?

Click either "Yes" or "No"

Where does your dog currently sleep?

Enter a description in the panel

Crate trained?

Click either "Yes" or "No"

Any special needs? Example, Blind, Deaf, Incontinent?

Enter a description in the panel

NOTE: Custom Fields enables our pet sitting companies to create and develop their own environment within the PETS pages within Pet Sitter Plus. This means that where your admin has introduced custom fields that are unique to your business, certain fields on our help screens may not look exactly the same as yours. We therefore can only provide explanations and descriptions of our standard system fields, and recommend you see your admin for more information.

ON MOBILE:

STEP 1

  • Tap the Navigator and select Clients > Search

STEP 2

  • Navigate to your client's account from the Clients search page.

  • In the left-side navigation pane, tap "Client Data", tap on the pet's name, then tap "Boarding Service".

STEP 3

  • If your client uses your Boarding service, then toggle on the button for "Will you require a boarding service?"

  • Boarding questions will then appear.

  • Answer "Yes" or "No" to the questions, and add additional information if prompted.

  • Tap "Update" when done.
