A client may want to take back a key for one of their access points, or perhaps the client has moved out of the area and will no longer be using your service. You will then need to delete that key.

 

How do I Delete a Key?

 

ON DESKTOP:

Navigate to Clients > Client Admin > Keys

STEP 1​​​

  • Choose the key you want to delete BUT make absolutely sure you have the correct one!

  • Click the red button "Delete" next to the "Update" button.

  • A message will appear asking you to confirm this action.

  • Click "Delete" again to confirm, or "Cancel" if you want to keep the key on file.

ON MOBILE:

STEP 1

  • Tap the Navigator and select Clients > Search

STEP 2

  • Navigate to your client's account from the Clients search page.

  • In the left-side navigation pane, tap "Client Admin", then tap "Keys".

STEP 3

  • From the client's Key List, tap the key that you would like to delete.

STEP 4

  • Click the red button "Delete" next to the "Update" button.

  • A message will appear asking you to confirm this action.

  • Click "Delete" again to confirm, or "Cancel" if you want to keep the key on file.
