When you are viewing the invoice details, you can also view the details of the payments that have been applied to the invoice.

 

From here you may then wish to change how Pet Sitter Plus has allocated or assigned payments to particular invoices. This can occur when a client pays more than one invoice with a single payment. View Unallocating Payments from an Invoice for more information.

 

How do I View the Invoice Payment Details?

            ON DESKTOP:

Navigate to Clients > Orders & Invoices > Click on the Invoice

STEP 1​​​

  • From the client's Invoice screen, click "Payment Allocation" to view the allocation of payments on the invoice.​

ON MOBILE:

STEP 1

  • Tap the Navigator and select Clients > Search

STEP 2

  • Navigate to your client's account from the Clients search page.

  • In the left-side navigation pane, tap "Orders & Invoices".

STEP 3

  • On the Orders & Invoices page, tap on the Invoice No. for the invoice you want to view. 

  • Tap the Navigator from the Invoice page, then tap "Payment Allocation".

STEP 4

  • The Payment Details screen will show you 

    • the date of the payment​

    • the client payment amount, and

    • the amount of the payment that is allocated to this invoice
