< Client Management < Emailing a Single Client

Pet Sitter Plus provides the option to send emails to a single client on an ad-hoc basis, by using the "EMAIL" option on the CLIENTS menu.


NOTE: The EMAIL option will only be shown on the menu if you are using Custom SMTP. If the EMAIL option is not on your menu, please see Using Custom SMTP to learn more about this feature.

 

How do I email a Single Client?

 

 ON DESKTOP:

Navigate to Clients > Email

STEP 1

  • From the client's account, click "Email" in the left-side navigation pane.

  • Click on the drop-down menu to choose the "Email Template" that best suits your message to your client. In this example, the client Donald Allen is being asked to let the company know about upcoming summer service requests.

  • Enter a subject in the "Email Subject" line.

  • When happy with your email, click "Send Email" to send it to your client.

  • Once you have sent your email to the client, it will look something like the example below.

  • Once the email has been sent, a record of the date, time and subject of the email is created in the client LOGS. The client Logs provides you a detailed history of all correspondence sent to clients through your system. 

ON MOBILE:

STEP 1

  • Tap the Navigator and select Clients > Search

STEP 2

  • From the client's account, use the navigator and select the "Email" tab from the left-side navigation pane.

STEP 3

  • Click on the drop-down menu to choose the "Email Template" that best suits your message to your client.

    • In this example, the client Donald Allen is being asked to let the company know about upcoming summer service requests.

  • Enter a subject in the "Email Subject" line.

  • When happy with your email, click "Send Email" to send it to your client.

  • Once you have sent your email to the client, it will look something like the example below.

STEP 4

  • Once the email has been sent, a record of the date, time and subject of the email is created in the client LOGS.

  • To access the client's Logs page, select "Client Admin" and then "Logs" from the navigation pane.

STEP 5​​

  • The client Logs provides you a detailed history of all correspondence sent to clients through your system. 

  • Tap "Messages" to view the email(s) that have been sent to this client.
