< View & Change Client Details < Overnight Services

 

If your clients use you for overnight services, your pet sitters may be required to attend to the needs of a variety of your client's pets (cats, dogs, rabbits, horses, etc) at their home (house visit).

 

In this section you can list the tasks that your client would like undertaken on a home visit, together with any additional instructions. These options are visible in the client portal by default, and your clients should be encouraged to update them regularly as details change.

 

How do I enter the details into the Overnight Service section?

 ON DESKTOP:

Navigate to Clients > Client Data > Overnight Services

STEP 1

 

  • Click on the Overnight Services option from the Sub Menu on the left hand side.

  • If your client uses you for overnight services, toggle on the button for "Ever have an overnight service?". More options will appear for you to complete if required.

 

NOTE: CUSTOM FIELDS may change the appearance of this page in PSP. See your Admin for more info.

STEP 2

  • Check the option for "Yes" on any services your client may require. As you check the "yes" option, a box will appear for you to include any additional information to assist your pet sitters in completing these tasks.

STEP 3

  • Remember to click "Update" after every change you make. 

NOTE: Custom Fields enables our pet sitting companies to create and develop their own environment within the CLIENTS pages within Pet Sitter Plus. This means that where your admin has introduced custom fields that are unique to your business, certain fields on our help screens may not look exactly the same as yours. We therefore can only provide explanations and descriptions of our standard system fields, and recommend you see your admin for more information.

ON MOBILE:

STEP 1

  • Tap the Navigator and select Clients > Search

STEP 2

  • Navigate to your client's account from the Clients search page.

  • Tap on their name to open their account.

  • In the left-side navigation pane, tap "Client Data" then tap "Overnight Services".

STEP 3

  • If your client uses you for overnight services, tap the button for "Ever have an overnight service?" so it is toggles on. More options will appear for you to complete if required.

STEP 4

  • Tap the option for "Yes" on any services your client may require. As you check the "yes" option, a box will appear for you to include any additional information to assist your pet sitters in completing these tasks.

STEP 5

  • Complete the instructions and remember to tap "Update" when finished.
